Horrible parking
Apartments are nice but there is NEVER enough guest parking due to having 1 assigned parking spot,there should be @ least 1 assigned parking spot for your guest.Most apartments that have assigned parking have a guest spot.its really bad at holidays
main office
this has to be the worst apartment company ever when it comes to customer service. The office staff are not available for walk-ins and get this they are not available to answer the phone when you call. I call at least 4-5 throughout the day and I'm always sent to a voicemail, which takes about a week for someone to reply back to me. My only way around this has been to sometime try calling the general concord 1-866# and have that person send Oviedo Town Centre a message that I'm trying to get some service.

The apartments are very big and are made with upgraded items such as cabinets, counter tops, and carpets. I also like the fact there are several options such as 3 and 4 bedrooms.

The entire experience was very comfortable. The leasing professional was very professional. She created a great picture of how life at this community would be. The pictures were a let down, but I was prepared in advance.

The leasing agent was very friendly and informative, but did not seem overtly interested in getting me to place my name on a 90-day waiting list. She said the apartment community almost always was at full occupancy, but she would be glad to help me out if I needed it. However, she said she also did not want to waste my time. I felt a little put off by her comments at the beginning of the telephone call, but she did a good job with the on-site presentation.

I would not be able to make a decision or rate the community without seeing an apartment or the amenities. The leasing professional could have shown me the amenities, and could have shown me the community.
We understand it is difficult to make a decision on a new apartment home without viewing a model home. We have such an outstanding community that we remain fully occupied and on a wait list so we are unable to have an apartment for viewing most of the time. I apologize you were not taken on a tour of our outstanding amenities and community, please feel free to visit us again and we will be happy to show you all our great features.

The community was surrounded by shopping, restaurants, great schools and good neighbors. The property was beautifully landscaped and there were amenities that would appeal to anyone. It would be a great place to live.
