The community was nice and appealing because of the amenities and resident activities they offered, along with the free after school club for kids. However, the apartments were basic and small and the rental rate was high for those kind of apartments, in my opinion.
Great Apartment to call home
I've lived at these apartments for over 5 years and it's a great place to call home. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything including the Waterford Lakes Town Center. You can easily access the 408. The property is very well maintained and clean. I've seen some changes over the years with management and the property. However, it's still a great place to call home.
Current Resident
I've been living in this complex for 8 months it's a quiet neighborhood for the most part being that it's a family neighborhood. The maintenance is horrible. It takes them a month to complete a work order.
Unfortunately, we have encountered some maintenance struggles being short staffed recently. Our ultimate goal is to provide excellent customer service and complete service requests as quickly as possible. If you are waiting for more than 5-7 days for your maintenance request to be completed, please contact the management office so we can do our best to research why it is taking so long and to expedite the service. Â

This ia a good looking community. It is well maintained. The gym was a little lacking. the agent was very friendly and engaging.

The community was just minutes away from all the shopping and highways that make life convenient. Yet the community was quiet, attractive and offered gracious living spaces. Each apartment home has it's own front door, and the grassy areas between buildings are spacious and shady. There was a pond with a pool beside a beautiful pool. Other amenities make life there complete. The apartments have plenty of closets, large rooms, and great floor plans.

I thought overall the place was very nice and definitely somewhere I would consider living. I liked the townhouse style look without it actually being one. Levi was very engaging and thorough throughout. He did a good job making everything sound appealing.

I felt the pricing for affordable housing was way out of range in comparison to all other communities I have visited. When I entered the office, the telephone consultant did not even acknowledge someone walked in, yet she sat right at the desk facing the door. Even after she was told I was there to see her, she did not acknowledge me with a glance or look until I requested she come out to say hi.
