Treat long-term worst than new tenants. Very loud noise and nothing done. Trash in breeze ways, smelly breeze ways, Eric.

The apartments are not well kept by the maintenance and management. Over the three years I've been here the appearance and outside look of the apartments continue to decrease and the gate is always broken

I would recommend this apt. community to all my family and friends, but they are all "deeply entrenched" in their homes in downtown Orlando near their places of employment and/or schools; otherwise, some of them just might want to live here based on what I've said, and they've seen for themselves.

I feel like I've been treated like dirt by the office manager and I can't deal with my poor husband having to look over an hour to park.

not because of parking issues.

Lately terrible smell from a dump have lingered in our neighborhood. It is disgusting smell and makes even visitors to question why one would live in this smell.

Nothing you can do but sometimes the smell from Orlando/Orange County landfill about 10 miles away is tough.

It was a beautiful and well maintained community. The common areas were meticulously groomed. The apartments were spacious and well laid out.

Great complex. Staff is fantastic. Stupid to pay $75 per month for garage and be charged a $25 fee for remote. If you lose the remote, they charge $100, makes no sense. I paying $75 a month, give me the remote. If I lose it, then you can bill me $100.

Would be perfect if assigned parking spots by apartment.

First time in many renting years that we have encountered such professionalism on all levels from entire staff. Hedy was our leasing agent when we applied back in 2013. She continues to be as cheerful and helpful as ever, and so is everyone else on the entire office staff.

Office staff and maintenance are stellar! Residents do not take care of the apartment complex. Always trash everywhere, including cigarette butts and gum. People don't pick up their dogs' poop or random pieces of poop that fall on sidewalks. Residents put trash out in bins outside of hours. They also put multiple bags in there. Trash compactor gets full and nasty because residents don't break down boxes. People who aren't residents park in resident parking spots. Friday nights/Saturday mornings are always the worst. Ultimately, people forget this is a shared community space and they have no pride in living here. It becomes hard to do the right thing when everyone else, it seems, does the wrong thing.

Your agents always have a smile on their faces, are very welcoming, and know you by apartment # when you go into the office. Parking is a nightmare, especiall when you have to work late. Visitor parking is always full and is so far away from my apartment's location.

The whole move has been a wonderful experience. Very impressed with community. Thank you Hady for making this possible.

Great place to live. Staff is friendly and helps whenever they can. They really try to make you feel at home, and living here makes you feel like you're in good hands. The parking space is limited and the only thing that needs attention. Amazing place to live, but that is a negative for those who come home late or don't have reserved parking or guests over.
