I have left comments above. This community has changed so much from when we first moved in. Community does not seems to care, all the old tenants have or are moving out.

Resident services seems to be closed every time something happens and I need to talk to them, and even when they are open, they never answer the phone.

They don't respond right away to ur needs. There's only 2 days open which makes it hard to communicate with them. When they r open & u call, they don't answer the phone, so basically the office it's closed at all times.

I wouldn't recommend The Villages because they don't make a reasonable effort to properly service the residents.
