Worst apartment including service, outrageous
I moved and the apartment was not ready. It took them 3 months to fix the bathroom. The bathtub keeps chipping and they paint over it. When attempting to clean the paint comes off again.. the apartment is infested with roaches. The paint come off the wall if you try to wipe something out. The appliance does not work. The ac does not work and they don't attempt to fix it. Called the emergency line and is useless. They tried to fix a leakage , they fix the leakage but did a hole to the wall and left it like that. It is not safe. The fridge has a punch indent. The vents are full of dust which converted into hair and they just paint over it. You will need to put the temp of the apartment lower than expected because the vent has been blocked. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE.
Absolute Worse!
I am a CURRENT resident and can not wait for the lease to be up.. I have maintenance issues all the time and it is not taken care of in a timely manner.. I can NEVER reach anyone in the office and to top it off there's always crime! Including my car being vandalized.. I have to use my own pest control methods seeing as how management's pest control is not sufficient.. They need to be SHUT DOWN!
Roaches! Not Safe! Disgusting! Misleading!
DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! if you're from out of town and don't know about Americana BLVD like I did then let me tell you....it is the hood of Orlando. one of the ghettoest parts in the area. If you like hearing police sirens and and yelling and very undesirable and sketchy neighbors,and if you want to play spot the hooker on your way home then by all means this is the place for you.
The apartment has Roaches everywhere, Appliances barely work. They paint over the bathroom tub but it peels off so it's almost impossible to clean cause everything just starts peeling. They just painted over a cracked, falling apart counter top in the bathroom so it stains and peels off when you try to clean it. It's gotten so bad that every time I try to clean it my rag will be white with the paint that comes off of the counter.
They told me it would have a nice remodeled kitchen when I was looking at the apartment and when I moved in I found out all they did was put new doors on the cabinets and the counter top wasn't bad but it was so poorly installed. There was glue and gunk stuck in the corners and on the counters. no effort at all to make it look somewhat decent.
Also, 2 days before I was supposed to move in I called to make sure everything was in place, good thing I did because I found out they haven't even approved my application! I had to make a bunch of calls and get on they're butts because they didn't do everything they were supposed to do to clear it. So irritating, as if a move wasn't stressful enough.
When I moved in there were tears in the Linoleum, paint chipped off and "newly renovated cabinets" oh, AND the A/C was broken, it wouldn't get any cooler than 85. It took them 2 weeks to finally fix it!!!!! The faucet in the bathroom leaks and is so rusty and gross. I could go on and on about how bad this place is, it really is that horrible. SO many things wrong with this place, please just don;t move here. I wish someone told me this when I signed the 14 month lease.

The water pipe was leaking when fixed they broke the wall and left it like that. The bathtub keep chipping and they just paint over it. There is no vent in the bathroom so it gets molded easily. Reported ac is not working and it's been 3 days and haven't attempted to do an appt or call or follow up. Called the emergency line and is useless.Â

The place is disgusting . Everyone that moves to this place regrets it almost immediately. Roaches every where and the apartments are all out dated . Do not let the model apartments fool you . Walk around the grounds and see for yourselfÂ
