Sand Lake Pointe was a well-groomed property that I would likely recommend to others. The parking and lawn areas were clean. The shrubbery and plants were maintained well and the signage seemed appropriately placed. After viewing the gym, I thought the equipment was in need of some freshening, particularly the machines with metal bases needed a coat of paint. Other amenities, such as the pool and lake area, were extremely clean and well kept. The price for the size of apartments was a good deal. It would have been nice to see a model so as to see the condition level. It would have helped me decide about living at the community.

The experience that I had was nice. The leasing professional was experienced at her job. She made the task of demonstrating seem very easy. She was professional, and with little to work with she did an admirable job demonstrating the amenities. She closed me several times, trying to entice me to commit to the waiting list.

The apartment was spacious but there were a lot of cigarette butts in the hallway of the apartment buildings.

I did not receive a tour of the amenities. While the leasing agent seemed concerned about my needs and her presentation was detailed, it seemed a bit rehearsed. I would be happy living in the community and the price was acceptable. I would recommend the property to friends and family.
