The apartments were very nice. Some areas in the community needed some attention. The staff was very friendly and professional. The amenities were nice, especially the pool area. It was nice that they had a volleyball court, but they needed a larger fitness room.

The maintenance service is very good. The apartments are not expensive and in a good localitation. With the exception of the problem mentioned above everything else is good.

I heard from others neighbors have same problem about the stamping noise.

As I've stated in the above comments, I do not believe this place to be providing a warm, safe, fair, and fun environment. I myself hope to find another apartment so I can leave when my lease is up. One year here was too much.

Is my best experience in Orlando since I move to USA. Madeline was the best in the lease process...and the maintenance is so fast...i'm very happy with my new home, everything is near and the price is so good!!!

The apartment appliances are broken and falling apart. You can not use an electric clothes drier

The property had a big downfall of having the apartment's only bathroom or bathrooms in the bedrooms. This mad the residence's guests have to come into their bedrooms just to use the bathroom. The apartments were also small compared to other apartments communities in the areas. The upkeep of the property was good. I liked the fact that the community had a gate at the front of the property.

The property and features that it offers are beyond what the community asks for in monthly rent. The rates are very reasonable for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean and safe place to live. The location is ideal as it is close to the best shopping in Orlando as well as easy to get to the interstate.

The staff did not acknowledgement my appointment time. The model was not available and most of the amenities were not shown.

I was very pleased with the level of engagement between the leasing professional and myself. I would be glad to call the community home. The community seemed to be a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live. The leasing professional was extremely professional, and I felt she honestly cared about my leasing needs.

The leasing professional was very nice, and when we walked in the apartment she pointed out features like the closets because she knew I had a kid. She also made sure I saw the laundry room.

IF THE DIDN'T MIND DEALING WITH OLD APPLIANCES THAT BREAK A LOT..,, YOU GET THOSE IN AND STOP .. PLEASE STOP JUST PAINTING OVER THE KITCHEN CABINETS WITHOUT SANDING AT LEAST AND DOING IT CORRECTLY.. IT WOULD NOT MAKE THE OTHER QUALITY YOU'VE PUT INTO THE APARTMENT, FOR IT JUST EQUALS OUT TO BECOMING LESS VALUE AND TROUBLE , DOUBTS IN QUAILTY OF MAINTANCE , IN A NEW TENANTS DECISION MAKING THIS WONT ALWAYS BALANCE IN YOUR FAVOR,,.., FOR MYSELF DUE TO THESE ISSUES... MY LONG TERM TENANT TENDANCES PROBABLY WONT GO PAST THE END OF 2013. PS MY LAST COMPLEX I WAS LOYAL FOR 6 YEARS. SORRY BUT YOU WANTED HONESTY.
