The community does not look like it used to. The grounds are not as clean and presentable as they were before. I am not sure what is going on but I used to be a proud resident but now I am not so eager to show where I live. I wish there were more street lights, or better maintenance of the outdoors, breezeways, and simply just a maintained, clean look. I love this place and I feel sad that it is not looking as good as before.

I used to say very likely, but because of how bad the marijuana smells, I wouldn't want anyone to have to smell it constantly like we do in our apartment.

The only negative now is the increased amount of traffic and building around the complex. But this is not a reflection on anything with the complex itself.

Essentially because of the parking space and also the hallways are dirty- i have never seen power pressure on the hallways. At least not on mine.

I still would highly recommend this place to anyone. Again, I would love to renew my lease for a third term; however, another increase in rent for the sq footage and very outdated everything in this apt is why I do not have plans to do so.
