The community was quite impressive and beautiful. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

Without asking those basic questions, I would not expect to receive good service if I was to lease an apartment in the community. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the community to anyone.

The manager of this community knew everyone's name that she passed by. She had a lot of energy and was so friendly. However, the kitchen cabinets were in need of repair and there were patched holes in walls.

I was really impressed with the performance of this Leasing Professional. She seemed to really enjoy helping people. I noticed how some of the residents responded to her as we drove by. She made it a point to indicate things missed by other leasing professionals or the residents.

My experience was kind of average noting new or different.

The model was dirty. The front door had cob webs. The interior was dark, not lit and old. The facility was aged, run down and dirty.
