This was a student housing community which provided and met the needs of a student attending UCF which was close by. They had amenities a student would enjoy using. The university was close by and this community provided a shuttle with transportation back and forth to the university which was a nice amenity for students who do not have their own transportation. Each student had their privacy with their own bedroom and bath.

I was ready to move in and sign my lease today, the leasing professional's presentation was that good. This community offers great leasing rates and plenty of amenities. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

If I was actually in the market to rent this apartment for my son, I would definitely do it with no hesitation at all. The property has everything a college student needs. I know my son would be very happy there. The monthly rental rate is quite good. For everything that already is included, it is a deal. All the utilities are included, furnishings provided, and free private shuttles. I know my son would love the pool area and especially the fitness center. This community is LEED certified. They have done a lot to provide students with the latest, state of the art, energy saving amenities. They did not take a short cut just to build student housing. Another thing, I really liked how I was treated in the office. I felt like another one of the students. I was shown around and actually introduced to others, including some of the students.

Sterling Central was a nice place for student housing. he new phase will be nicer and more modern than the other phase, also cleaner. The staff was polite and welcoming.

I thought the property was amazing. The features it offered were very nice and modern. The property was well kept. The furniture and the decor was very nice. The events that took place there seemed great for college students. I would highly recommend the community to any college student. It seems to be the ideal place to live at.

The leasing agent was very professional, and made me feel my needs mattered. She created a level of comfort throughout the tour, and was very accommodating. The apartment community was situated in a way that anyone would want to call this home. The amenities were wonderful, and there were plenty of them.

The community was an exciting student housing option that invited camaraderie and privacy. Each resident had a furnished private suite, and shared common areas. Best of all, was the long list of amenities, including a theater and tanning beds.

The apartment was very nice. There was a very professional atmosphere however it could have been better as far as how nice and upkept the property was.

The leasing professional was detailed when describing the community and the amenities during our phone conversation. She was prepared when I made my visit. She was detailed in demonstrating the amenities and gave me enough information to take back with me.

I believe there was a lot more to see, I think if it had been presented in a more colorful way, with more of a tour, and up selling the amenities, it would have seemed more of a bargain.

Wow! I loved it here. The leasing professional had me so happy and excited that I wish I could live here. I would love for my daughter to enjoy a place like this when she gets to the right age. Beautiful. Everything was just perfect. I loved it. My experience was exceptional.

The community was resort-like with great state-of-the art amenities any student would love. There were flat screen TVs everywhere for gaming systems and movies. The pool was resort-like with grills for cookouts. There were both Mac and PC computers in the computer lounge. The staff was young, upbeat, fun and could relate to the students.
