It's has it's pros and cons
I've been living here for over 3 plus years so obviously there is something I enjoy about it. Lets start off with the pros. It's not expensive. Big pro. It's fairly new and nothing inside the apartment has malfunctioned. I've only called maintenance twice in the 3 plus years here and that was just for ants and to fix the bathroom faucet.
The Cons: Pet rent. 300 plus for a cat deposit and 400 plus for a dog deposit. On top of the deposit, it's 50 dollars a month. Are you freaking kidding me? Also, I wish who ever decides to live here luck with trying to contact the main office. It's a miracle if anyone ever picks up a phone in that office. They also charge you $75.00 a month for *basic* cable and once you add cable, you can't remove it until your lease is up. And you only have brighthouse as an option. Lots and lots of loud noisy kids. In fine tiny print, they are allowed to increase your rent anytime they care to. (yes, even in btwn ur lease). They say they leave a notice on your door to let you know when they will be in ur apptmt. There have been times they have been in my apartment and I never rec'd a notice. Parking spaces are limited and are assigned. I've never had guest over for this reason.

I love my home here! The staff is amazing, it's very safe and clean, and everyone is friendly. It's an amazing deal for a great space in an nice community. I plan to be here for a long time!

Since before the time of moving, the office personnel has not been as cooperative with us in assisting us with issues involving upstairs neighbors. And one specific personnel has constantly been rude to me in the way that she speaks to me and also in not providing me with service when I have needed it.

The community seemed very nice, but I did not get pass the leasing office. They had no apartment to show me. I was not impressed with what I saw. The fitness area had three pieces of equipment, and the pool seemed small. The leasing agent did not have much to work with, so I must say that she did a good job.

The community was in good condition. The free wi-fi in the clubhouse and pool area was great. The fitness center was small, however.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the online survey. The gym is a bit small due to the community being smaller. I’m glad you like the Wi-Fi; it’s defiantly nice to use it while relaxing at the pool.

I felt that I really could not accurately assess the community as I normally would because there were so many variables that were missing from the presentation. As an actual shopper, I would want to see an apartment and would not be satisfied with just pictures. Also, I would have liked to see the community amenities for myself instead of just being told about them.
