Overall, I would not have moved my grandmother into this particular community. The staff was not very much outgoing.

The community is located near shopping and road arteries that are highly used in the city. It is a convenient area for going shopping. The conveniences of having elevators and free transportation is a plus. The prices of rentals are extraordinary for the central Florida living. An excellent fitness center is available. There are monthly resident activities.

The community was very affordable. I believe it was perfect for seniors. The amenities were spectacular.

I was not shown an apartment. There was a waiting list. An apartment was not available until August. The community was clean. Repairs were being made. The leasing agent was pleasant. She did not cover the floor plan or show me an apartment.

The community offered accommodations for residents who were 55 and up. They provided activities, such as swimming, socializing and computer access. It was peaceful and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff was also warm and welcoming.

The property from what I saw was very small. Knowing it is a lower income complex, everything was in good shape. I was not shown the pool up close although it looked clean. The outside of the door on the apartment that I was shown was all chipped of paint. She mentioned a business office but I was never shown one.

The consultant was very genuine in trying to help me find a place for my Grandmother. I truly believe based on this presentation and even without seeing the apartment, this community would have been great for her.
