The community amenities were outdated. The gym was small and had no free weights and just one weight machine. The pool was small. The leasing agent was just going though the motions and did not personalize the presentation.

The community was very attractive when I drove up. It was pouring rain, so I drove through while I was waiting for the rain to slack. There was no build up of water. Everything was draining well. The entire community looked beautiful. The view of the lake was picturesque and it was breath taking. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was smiling. I loved the covered parking and elevators. The rain storm really brought home how important it was.

I was very impressed. This place was very clean and friendly. The grounds were up kept very well and everybody seemed friendly. I think I found me a new home.

The community seemed like a wonderful place to live. The apartments were homey and spacious, the patios were large and could actually fit your patio furniture. The views are very nice as well there were two different small lakes that could be seen from most apartment windows or patios. I really liked the property and it felt very comfortable I would not mind at all living there or recommending it to friends an family.

The community grounds are well maintained. The clubhouse had modern furnishings The pool is nice looking. The gym is small and should be bigger with free weights. Their should be more buildings with lake view since the community is on a lake. The staff is friendly.
