The agent was friendly and able to answer my questions, however I was not offered a tour of the community or amenities.

The staff at the community was very welcoming, engaging and seemed interested in my needs. The community was very clean as there were no signs of trash or major damages. The apartment does offer washer and dryer connections and had a laundry center on-site for those who may not have the units.

The community was not well kept at all. I felt the Leasing Professional could have made a better effort to discover my needs and present the apartment more enthusiastically. It felt like the main focus was rather or not a person qualified and take it or leave it.

The community parking lot outside of the leasing office is nice. The landscaping of the community is descent.

Its full of roaches, very nasty, the staff especially the manager is rude. They don't speak with respect to u nor care about your experience. Save yourself some time and go the other way

The pricing for the apartment was great. I was disappointed with the fact the laundry and wellness center were only open during office hours. People work during those hours, so that means you do not really get the chance to take advantage of having a wellness center and laundry facility.
