The common areas were beautifully maintained. The leasing agent was friendly and painted a nice picture of the apartment as there was no model available.

I had an excellent time touring with this leasing agent. He was thorough and considerate. He left out no information that could be necessary for me to make an informed decision. He was considerate, and very pleasant. The community was a comfortable place to live. He took the time to explain the leasing process thoroughly. He was a very professional individual. He closed me several times and he was clear to ask for the sale.

The amenities offered something for everyone, from watching a fireplace in an outdoor living room, to putting on the green, or learning new crafts or languages. The activities were designed for the young at heart who want to enjoy their community. The property was well maintained, and intelligently designed for safety, convenience and social interaction.

God forbid I would ever need senior living, I would go there. I was impressed. I had never seen the community before; but I could have lots of fun in a place like that.

I do believe that had I not been mystery shopping this community, I would not have waited as long as I did for The Leasing Professional to return to the office. I felt that the community should have been more adequately staffed to handle telephone calls as well as visits. Even one of the maintenance men commented that you never know when someone is going to be in the office. In some ways, I do feel as though I did not quite get a full experience during this visit due to the lack of availability. I was never asked about what I was looking for in the community or anything to assess my needs so that she could tailor her presentation to address those.
I plan to move to Orlando and I'm trying to fine an apartment that fits my budget

Best senior community ever

Love this community, is very comfortable. The office staff (Brenda) very nice, and serviceable. Maintenance they are doing a magnificent job to mantaine the property.
