Customer service has decreased. No one responds to your emails or request

I really consider this place as a home to me and I've noticed that I have became happier and felt safier then before.

This is a beautiful complex, I have to say. Very eye catching, and I can see that its constantly being maintained.

My favorite part of this complex, has to be the location. This is IDEAL. You're close to pretty much anything. No matter what floor youre on, the high ceilings are a great feature.& The elevator is a blessing when you have your hands full.

Although, the parking is a HUGE issue. Extremely limited, & it's extremely disheartening and inconvenient when your friends and family have to go through a mission to find parking. & then you cant even be at ease because you're afraid you'll get towed.

Expect a lot of noise, because there about three surrounding schools and a lot of kids at almost all hours of the day outside and screaming and yelling which is normal.

I also have made several complaints of the people above me due to the noise. I've lived in apartments all my life and I understand there will always be noises. But, there are several kids who are constantly running, and jumping from Sun up to Sun down. To the point where I get waken up, or startled. When I was first given the keys management realized the noise as the final tour was conducted. He stated "let me know if this continue, because its not okay."

Which brings me to my last and final point. It is very hard to get in contact with the office. If you don't go directly to them, you cant really get a hold. Plus they're closed weekends, and Tuesdays, and Thursdays by "appointment only". So it's very limited to communicate with them. Especially if you're working weekdays like many of us, it'd be helpful if they could at least hire someone to just answer phones.

Simply love the quality and up keep of the complex

Have a neighborhood horrible. The elevator is a desastre. In don't have control winth de behavior or the children and teenager out home.

by the way the whole apartment complex is right next to a ghetto area. WILL DEFINATELY BE MOVING NEXT MONTH!

Upon living at this residence for 5 years I have noticed a major decrease in the facility. I love the inside of my apt. because I keep it up, but the not the same that can be said for the outside and grounds of the complex. First off with the pool area being the heart of the complex there should be more that goes into the appearance. The palm trees with have dead branches, the shrubbery will be wilted and many patches of grass will be nothing more than dirt where new grass should be implemented. There used to be tables and chairs aligning the walkway fountains from the main office towards the pool, that have been removed. The canopy's took MONTHS to be replaced inside the pool, and then the walls on the canopy's weren't replaced therefore providing less shade. The lounge chairs are all tore up and need to be replaced as well as the inside pool-house needs better up keeping because it is not appealing at all. In which it used to be a lovely amenity. The shrubbery and plants alongside the pool do not get the proper upkeep and you can tell by the look of them. Also the grilling area need attention daily throughout the summer months. It begins to look like a city park with no maintaining of the grounds around it. Also the look areas of dirt need to be patched up with grass because when it rains heavily I look out my window to see a muddy mess. Not appealing at all to look out your window to a swamp when it should be filled in with grass. Every other building has grass filled in behind the A/C systems except for building 11. The first floor residents needs to be mindful of dead plants and etc. cluttering their balcony, as well as residents who leave trash, cigarette butts and gum all over the hallways and steps. The complex should be power washed monthly and well as all elevators cleaned out weekly with an inspection chart so residents know when it was last cleaned and sanitized. As for the gates...they need to be re-painted or something because they do not look welcoming at all upon entrance. And the ground around the garbage can area need to look appealing as well. There is nothing but dead trees and branches. The only plus I find is the maintenance men and the fast and friendly service they provide.

The apartment complex is fine the issue that I'm having, are the people who live here. They're very loud and noisy and incredibly inconsiderate people believe trash everywhere and have no consideration for anybody, because it without the government they stay home all day and just have people over and make loud noise and smoke everywhere

It's going down hill and it's not for families. When you move out they charge you for things that were wrong previous to moving in. They don't keep your paper from the initial walk thru.

Not enough parking for visitors.
