The property was close to major highways and convenient to public transportation. The community had curb appeal and had a very welcoming feeling upon entering the property. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew were all very nice and well mannered. They spoke to me in passing the atmosphere of the community seemed very friendly and inviting. The pool area seemed maintained very well and looked very relaxing. Based on those facts, my perception of the property was a very favorable one.

I was not able to view a model, but based on the tour of amenities and grounds I was pleasantly surprised with what you received. It was in a great location close to shopping and highways and the rent was affordable. I would not have a problem recommending this community to others.

This is a well maintained community. The community amenities were nice and clean. The agent was very friendly and informative.

The staff made a very good impression. I would not consider leasing at this community because I would not prefer to cook with gas. I would prefer a cook top stove that uses electricity even if it cost more money for utilities each month. Based on the amenities, appearance of the rental office and the skills of the leasing agent that I met with, I would try to rent at the community.

The leasing agent was professional and friendly. Although there was not an apartment to show, she showed me pictures of the apartments and took me on tour of the amenities.

Please have your porch inspected for termites. There were several piles around the bottom that looked like termite wood dust!!!

The community was a lovely community just a block from shopping and main roads, but that block gave residents a natural buffer, where they could enjoy the feel of woods and country, right along side beautiful apartment buildings and exciting amenities. It was a great place for a great price.

The experience was comfortable. The community was a nice place to live based on the demonstration, and it's amenities.

I would recommend the property because of the area, the pride in their appearance and the leasing agent. She was very nice and helpful.

The leasing professional went through all the motions in explaining the apartments and requirements to be met. She was pleasant; however, she did not connect with me or try to make me feel special and wanted.

The property was a good value for the price. Also the customer service was excellent.
