I would recommend the community to family and friends.

As a real customer I would lease at this apartment.

The community and apartments are a great value at an affordable price. The community offers convenience in being located near shopping, dining, the airport, and many attractions.

The community offered great amenities for the price of the rent. The movie theater was a great features, and I also liked the concept of the living wall that was being built. The leasing professionals were knowledgeable, attentive and professional.

This is a nice looking community. The rent was not too high and you get a lot for what you pay for.

I lived at this property six years and at first it was nice. but then lincoln properties took over and it became a dump. Don't rent here the price they want is ridicules. There is dog poop all over the place. nobody cleans up there poop. There are many, many snakes on the property plus other wild life that goes after ur garbage. There was a rattle snake at our door one day. The outside of the property looks neglected. Garbage all over the place. When u leave a message for the people in the office they don't call u back so u can't address the issues. The only thing that is good is the maintenance man are nice. if u want to live here u will pay a lot of money for a dump and when u leave if u have a pet they will try to charge u saying the carpet was messed up by ur pet. There are many other nice apartments in the area. DONT RENT HERE!!!!

Maintenance department are very knowledgeable and very professional at their work.

Let's be real, moving is the worst, especially when there are so many rules and time frames. As a recent graduate, I moved from my hole in the wall apartment into Cumberland the luxurious palatial apartments in the most perfect part of town. I thought that because it was so beautiful- so perfect- it would be well, a butt to work with. How untrue is that I have NEVER had a problem, and I mean never. Even if a small light bulb needed to be changed, it was done with ease and professionalism. They worked with us on our move-in date to ensure that it was best for everyone. They are so kind and don't take advantage of me, which in turn, makes me happy and agreeable. I don't ever want to move.

We have lived there for over a year and we've had the same issues over and over again. First, our dryer has work intermittently but they have not replaced the appliance. They keep fixing it over and over again. Next, our air condition has stopped working several times due to the vent or filter being clogged up. Now, I know we live in Florida but the air con should not stop working several times within one year. The matinee excuse is that these vents get clogged with lint and they don't have the tools to prevent it. Each time they bring a vacuum up to our apartment to suck all the dirt lint out of the vents. THATS NOT AN EXCUSE. Then, our dining room lights have been replaced at least 10 times in a year and we barely use them. Their must be something wrong with the fixture. Now, the gym and pools are nice. The only drawback are the hot-tubs which never work properly. I don't think I've seen them work in a year. The water isn't hot and the jets don't work Why The staff inside the office is nice but they seem overwhelmed at times I think better trained staffing who can work under pressure is neccessary. Finally, the gate situation. The gates haven't been fully functional for most of our stay here at Cumberland. They work, then don't work left open all night How is that supposed to provide security to its residents Just across the street at Discovery Palms the gates operate like the pentagon and only let 1 car thru at a time. They also have security 24 7 which is an added advantage. I see Cumberland Park as an apartment complex who has fallen below Lincoln's Standards.

Very nice apartment, all new, clean, nice staff.

The residents are personable, the staff is quick and accomadating with questions and concerns and the overall quality of life is quiet. With our busy work schedules having a place that actually is quiet, is necessary, this place has got it all. Including great community events.

A great place to start

This property was in excellent condition and was a good location in the community. The amenities and apartment features were a great deal. I felt the leasing staff was friendly and would have taken good care of me. I would have liked to live here.

We love Cumberland Park Apartments They always take care of everything from maintenance, to pest control, to the beautiful landscaping all around All the staff are always thoughtful, respectful, kind and considerate. We couldn't ask for anything more

I'd tell them don't bother. The staff in the front will be rude to you and your guests once you're residents and ruin your experience. The places are nice, grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff has been friendly..but I can't wait to be out of this place.
