The community amenities were pretty mediocre but well-kept; the pool was nicely maintained but there were leaves in it. The childs playground was nice as well and the grilling area looked ok from what I could see. The amenities were suitable for residential needs. I didn't get to see much else in person. The staff was friendly and seemed attentive and the after school program and tax advisory help that was offered was a great bonus to the community.
