The leasing agent was able to provide me all the information I needed, even with all the noise from the construction going on.

Overall, I felt the property was very nice. I really liked the paper floor plan of the apartment I was shown. There was no apartment to view when I visited, and it was explained there was no availability until March. The management office was very nice and neat. The staff was helpful and seemed to be genuinely nice people.

This community was a beautiful community built around two lakes. The buildings were spaced to give plenty of green space to enjoy views of the lakes and the ducks who swim there. The amenities were attractive and well maintained. Each apartment had a private entrance. All this at a very affordable price.

The community was an okay value. It was a dated. The apartment I was shown was in need of attention. There was a business center, children's club, and playgrounds. There was a private entrance for every apartment.

The property is very well maintained, seems relatively quiet, the leasing consultant was professional yet somewhat impersonal. and the property seemed relatively secure. It was more than what I expected for the economic requirements of such a property, thus exceeded my expectations.

East Lake was a nice place to live close to shopping and UCF. The rooms were large and the apartment was updated.

The community was clean and the grass was nice. I would have liked to see other parts of the community, like the pool and fitness center up close. The leasing agent was good at giving me information about the apartment but did not talk about the surrounding area of the community.

The community, and its surrounding were a plus. It was convenient to most things. If I were a real renter, I probably would not have gone onsite, this would have been a mistake. The agent, even though there were no apartments in the configuration that I was looking for, could always upsell, or at least get potential residents interested by demonstrating the property.

I did not get to see the community but the leasing professional was very nice and helpful.
