My visit was wonderful. I was excited about all I witnessed. My leasing associate was cordial and demonstrated the property well. She was knowledgeable about the management team and all the community had to offer. She made the apartment community seem like a desirable place to live. She was professional and accommodating.

I recommend someone never got the gift certificate or anything, and Recently I had guest that wanted to live here but a roach walk through the counter and they asked about how long that had been going on and they changed their mind.

Basic cable costs $75.00, I pay for water about $35 a month, they divide consummation per 4 apts. I don't know them people. I do not use a lot of water. I technically pay for their water use.

The community is way too much money for what you would receive. The gym is small. The home is nothing special at all. It looked like a low income community at a luxury price tag.
I would like to take this opportunity to share some great details about our beautiful community which is included with the comparible pricing of our large floor plans. The Villages on Millenia Apartments is uniquely located in the heart of Central Florida, next to the Millenia Mall. Our great location is superior to any other community. Our residents love the convenience of walking to local shops and dining facilities. Also the easing access to all major highways makes The Villages on Millenia Apartments a highly desired place to live.
Our community offers - not one, or two, but three spacious pools – decks with wi-fi access, this makes sun bathing a true luxury. We also offer 3- 24 hour access fitness centers and 3- business centers with high speed internet. Along with our amenities we provide 24- hour on call maintenance service, so you can relax and enjoy your home.

They only thing good about this complex is the office staff. But they don't even live on site.

The location is great, maintenance requests are completed very quick. Office Staff are rude, gates break all the time, trash piles up at dumpsters and the place became a poop land, dogs' owners don't clean after their dogs when walking them, the grass all over the place has dog's poop and smells.

This apartment is a joke they are not the kind of people anyone should deal with on a daily bases. I would never tell anyone about this nightmare place
