The staff was nice. The community was clean. The area seems quiet just older than most, but it was close to a major expressway.

I would not have leased at this community; the amenities looked outdated, and the leasing office was disgusting.

I did not see any of the property or the amenities. The Leasing Professional did not ask my needs or preferences. She did not stand to greet me or acknowledge me when I entered.

Other than the incident on the telephone, I would have to say that she was rather amazing. She showed loyalty to the community, and she was very professional. The community; however, was no place I would like to live.

There were pot holes everywhere, and I was shown an apartment that was in the process of being repaired and was no where near being able to move into. It would be hard to say what the apartment would look like once it was actually finished and ready. The majority of the patios had a lot of things on them and did not look neat and clean.
