The apartments were not maintained well. Everything needed updating and a good clean up. Repair to gates and amenities was also needed.

The community was nice, but dated. The lease rates were slightly higher than surrounding communities. Update the leasing office, so that it would be a more conducive atmosphere for leasing. The leasing staff was friendly and professional.

The community was very nice. Unfortunately, they did not have anything to show due to their waitlist, but the leasing professional still pushed to make the sale.
