In spite of the community's hidden location, it is a beautiful property with mature trees, a lovely lake, and beautiful vistas wherever you look. The apartments are attractive and well designed with new carpeting and other details that add a custom feeling to the living spaces. The pool and raised gazebo are other attractions that make the community a great place to live.

Terrible place to live

Would not sign another lease or recommend this community to anyone.Rude assistant manager, management is always under staffed. Maintenance supervisor seems to lack knowledge, staff makes promises seldom and seldom follows through.

Great place, great people!

I moved here Jan 30, 2013 from Ohio. I made it here at 5:25pm and the office closed at 530pm. I called the office and let them know that I was going to be late and they said that they would stay there til I got there because I was coming from so far away. When I got here they gave me the keys and told me to just stop back the next day to go over paperwork! I renewed my lease last month and my rent only went up $18! This is my first time living in an apartment complex so I didn't know what to expect but this place is GREAT!!! Over the last 16 or so months I have only been awakened by dog barking or other outside commotion on TWO occasions. The community is always quiet. Shalonda in the office is a sweetheart and always greets me by name when I stop into the office. The amenties (outdoor pool, laundry room, workout room) are nice, maybe small but no additional cost to use. They don't charge you for parking spaces like I've seen in other complexes. They did finally put up a gate that you have to swipe your card to get into and it did take FOREVER but it's up and working. No complaints about this complex and I tell all my friends when they are looking for apartments to check us out! :)

The home and community were in nice condition, based on the age of the community.

New management is clueless

Been hearing for months that a new security gate was going to be put up, but they haven't even broken ground (already seen one car on cinderblocks). Last Sunday night a fire alarm was pulled. Firefighters showed up, turned out to be a false alarm. However, the 24 Emergency Maintenance number wasn't being monitored. So the fire alarm kept going off. Still no word on of that has been fixed.
Are the apartments a good value? Sure. They also have a reasonable pet policy, which is nice. But the front office is clueless.

The community, and the leasing professional were well represented. The leasing professional was proud to show the property, and that made the experience enjoyable. She believed in what she was saying, and what she was showing, she demonstrated a sense of ownership. The community seemed a decent place to reside.

Convenient location

This is my first apartment on my own. I am a student and chose this location because it is close to school, shopping, and all the highways. The people who work in the office are friendly and helpful, and they are genuine. Not fake feeling at all, like other places. I have a small dog and when I take him into the office to pay my rent, they have dog treats available and they make over him like he's a movie star. The value is good and maintenance is very responsive. My shower bar fell down and I called - they were there right after lunch. I recommend to all my friends at school, and I'm trying to get my mom to move here from North Carolina.

The apartment community was okay but not something that would make me recommend it to others. The apartment that I was shown was in okay shape, but the refrigerator had dents in the door and the ceiling of the patio was rotted and falling down. I would not live there.
