I found the community easily. My immediate impression of the community was that it was of very inexpensive construction, and minimally maintained. Paint was fresh, but metal trims and AC units were rusty. The landscaping was not inviting, very scarce and small. I drove around a little, and saw a small playground that had fresh mulch, and the pool area and fitness center were very clean and neat. The agents were very nice and helpful. It was a large community, and there was a lot going on when I visited The pricing was very attractive, and this was a large selling point for me, as was location.

I was pleased with the overall condition of the community and was impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm displayed by the leasing professional. Based on that, I would recommend this community to my friends and family.
