I would recommend Brittany Bay Apartment homes because , They keep up the property making sure the landscaping is done weekly , sidewalks being pressure washed , the property picked up daily ,Pool and restroom areas kept clean , It is well lighted ,Only patio furniture is allowed on porches not interior chairs. Which really makes it look classy not trashy. They did have every month pest control. but I never had a bug problem. But if you need it and call maintenance line or email they will promptly get it done.
The trash cans are always kept up at mailbox area. Play ground equipment and picnic areas kept clean and updated with fresh paint. Lake area water checked by a marina dr. and new and updated rock laid.
Also when other tenants pass they smile and say hello and go on about their day. Its so friendly , quiet , peaceful , relaxing , clean , and I feel safe here.

Only down fall is walls are thin you can hear your neighbors pretty good. I always try to be as quiet as I can having kids up stairs.

Not satisfied with the upkeep of the community and the maintenance service is horrible.

One of the maintenance workers was flirting with my wife. My wife was working at McDonalds in the drive thru and he winked at my wife a blew her a kiss as he was driving away. When I complained to Management (Marie) she told me that she don't beleive my wife becaise the Maintenance man who did this had never had a sexual harrasment complaint against him before. This is very wrong. My wife is not lying about what happened.
Although we do understand your concern regarding the negative experience your wife had at her place of employment, we have looked into this issue and have determined our team member was not involved in this issue. You may want to communicate with the manager of the establishment in the future. We cannot be responsible for incidents taking place at local businesses in the area.

Befor we move in we ask for a washer and dryer to put in and it going on 4 month and we still not have them why?
