As a real customer, I felt that the staff and community were somewhat appealing. The community offered several amenities, which I thought added value, such as a security system. The units were very nicely laid out and offered great value for the asking price.

this place is trash and people can be outside all night talking and with loud dogs and making loads of noise, haven't slept good in a year

I was pleased with the overall condition of the community. I was impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm displayed by the leasing agent.

At this time i would not recommend any family or friends.

When i moved in the property was well kept, but recently the lingering trash in the parking areas, pools and mail box area is not cleaned.

Pet owners do not clean after their pets and I tend to find fecal droppings from dogs all over the gardens.

overall nice, a little expensive. staff does not seem to know what is going on. needs another dumpster so that residents don't have to haul their trash across the community.
