The community looked like a small neighborhood. It was unique and beautifully maintained. The price was excellent and the amenities stellar.

This is a very nicely maintained affordable housing community. The floor plan viewed was well laid out and spacious. There are a lot of great amenities.

The community and leasing office seem modern and very adequate to most of my needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a nice, clean community. It had nice amenities and good curb appeal. The apartments were not large, but were well laid out. The community appeared to be well maintained.

There really was a big bang for your buck at the community. It was new and inviting. I thought the granite in the kitchen was very pretty and a very nice upgrade. Every home had its own garage with plenty of space for parking.

The homes seemed spacious and appeared to have nice features as described to me. Overall it appeared a little barren without many trees in the community and there was a low privacy level with the proximity and layout of the homes.

The property was quiet and inviting. The apartment itself seemed small. The individual garages were nice and the clubhouse appeared very relaxing.
