There was not anything exciting about the property, it was just an average community. The employee I interacted with had little interest in promoting the property and seemed disengaged during much of the tour. The community was loud with a lot of loud music being played in cars outside the apartments. It did not seem like a place I would want to call home.

The community had a nice curb appeal with the pond and preserve. It seemed quiet, and the amenities were exceptional. The leasing professional was friendly, although not fully observant, since I had to wait over two minutes to be greeted when no other guests were in the leasing office. The model was decorated nicely and helped me envision my belongings in the home.

Overall, I had a really good experience. The leasing agent was extremely engaging and enthusiastic. The place was nice as well, but the gym was a little small for me. However, it was good it was 24 hour availability. I thought the things available for the kids were nice even though they did not apply to me.

I thought that the community was very nice the apartments felt large and modern. The Little Monster after school care was a very nice touch for young families. It felt like a neighborhood there and would be a really nice place to live.

The grounds were a mess. It shows me there are a lot of party people who live there who have no respect for their home.
