The community has a real homey feeling. The leasing professional was friendly and very knowledgeable about the community and all the features and amenities offered. I would refer others to this community.

Looks like it in a nice area. Property looks like its not being maintained. Resident or property team is not taking care of the property. Several screens are off the windows . A lot of trash at the compactor. My wife and I walked property, residents are walking their dog and not picking up the mess. and for it too be a gated community we drove right in. Property (Apts) need to be painted. If it looks this on the outside I can't imagine the inside of the apartments

I've lived in Lake Harris Cove several years. I'm please with the living area and the roomy apartment. Its a safe and beautiful community. However there's not enough activities areas for children and teenagers. The sand volley ball court doesn't get used. There are children playing ball (kickball) in the street because there is no where else for them to play (that causes residents vehicles and LHC property to be damaged)(damaged property causes rent and deposit to increase). I think there should be an area where the teenagers can play basketball or tennis in the community. Its a beautiful area but there's not a lot to do for family with children. Also I think each apartment should be assigned to 2 parking spots close to their apartment. When renting to college students I think they should have their on building they are TOO loud for the community with families!!

This is a high quality low income community. The apartment viewed was spacious and had tons of storage space. The community and its amenities look to be very well maintained.

The community offered an incredible value for the money. The maintenance and landscaping were beautiful. The location of the property was not ideal for me. I would have liked to of heard more about the amenities and features.

I felt the community would not meet my needs. I felt the community was not designed for working professionals. I found it was not a comfortable setting for me to raise my family.

The community appeared neat and busy. The staff were dressed professionally and were very accommodating by offering me a cup of water. The model apartment was nicely, but minimally, decorated and helped me imagine what my furniture would look like in there. The community seemed to have several amenities to keep the residents busy and entertained.

Overall, it was a good experience and a good place. The tour was appealing as well. The amenities were good but nothing great.

I felt that this community really cared about their residents. Those that were driving by were smiling and waving at each other. I thought that even though this is a tax credit community you could not tell that it was.

I would have rented an apartment at the community based on the leasing agent's professionalism and the quality of the apartments and its amenities. I would be very happy living in this community. It is a very family friendly place to live.
