The community appeared quiet. The apartment I was shown was in slight disrepair. The fitness center and pool seemed quite small for the price. The fitness center was also shared with another community, making it seem even smaller. The proximity to the lake and buffer preserve area were very appealing and attractive. The apartment had several features of interest including tile, a garage, and stainless appliances. The leasing agent was friendly most of the time but did not provide an energetic or interesting tour. She seemed to be providing the minimum effort for demonstrating and friendliness. I did not feel as though I was being urged to choose this apartment.

I was impressed with the location of the community and where the apartment was on the property. I liked the security of a gated community. I felt welcome with the presentation and felt like it could be home. I like the features of the bedrooms on the first floor. I really liked the garage and the security it would give me. The community looked well maintained all over the grounds.

The leasing agent was polite and professional but not thorough.

The condo community looked very attractive, and I was captivated by the pier that led to the lake. There were a lot of trees and plants and was a very natural habitat with birds and butterflies. The pool was very clean, and there was a clubhouse that tenants could rent for parties. The layouts of the condos looked well-thought out and very roomy.

The community was very nice, and well maintained. It was near shops and restaurants and even a mall. Their were three schools nearby. I liked that they had a gas stove and dryer, and the rooms were big. A king size bed would fit in the master bedroom.

The community had much to offer. It was well maintained, with a very friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff. The location was probably one of the best assets. It was located just off of State Highway 441 where residents would have access to restaurants, the mall, grocery stores, gas stations and so much more.
