I would love it if this community would add the option of having internet hookup at the apartment. I did not like not having this option, as everyone is using computers more and more.

This was a nice community with a great leasing office staff.

I really liked the community. I was surprised by how nice it was, especially with the changing area. Everything was well kept and very clean.

The property was a community which, if viewed in a positive manner, would probably be a decent place to live.

The community was convenient to the main highway making it easy to get to and from Tampa. The grounds were clean and maintained. The leasing agent was professional, and she showed she cared about where she worked.

The leasing professional admitted she was very new. She would be able to do much better, with adequate training time.

The overall presentation was very good. I felt that my interests and needs where attended and met. I was impressed with the rapport and warmth. I felt that I would have leased from this community and would have referred it to others.

Based on my visit to this community I cannot really give a review as I was not given a tour of an apartment. The leasing professional gave me a floor plan but was not descriptive enough for me to really recommend the place to family and friends without a better look. She did an okay job at relating the community to my needs but I would have to see the apartment itself or go on a tour before I decided to make a commitment.
