This place is awful.  It seemed nice at first but it is LITERALLY the dirtiest place I've ever lived.  EVERY trash can is OVERFLOWING with feces.  DOG FECES.  Why?  Because the lazy owners only have the cans disposed of about every 6-8 WEEKS.  The mailboxes are always overrun with litter and rubbish.  The neighbours blast loud, annoying repetitive music.  There have been times I was walking my dogs are 6 am and the neighbours were STILL up, drunk, and partying.  I have to call the cops about noise constantly.  The floors are paper thin.  People just leave their large breed dogs out on the porches and the bark all day and night.  My leashed dogs were aggressively approached by an unleashed neighbours dogs (medium size breed) because people just let their dogs out with no leashes.  The recreation areas are all busted: the soccer goal nets are trashes, the hot tub doesn't work at all, there are always huge gross puddles in the dog run area.  There are also snakes in the dog run area.  The insulation around the door is so gappy that I see gigantic cockroaches able to come in and out as they please, with my door fully closed.  Last week I saw a rat in the hallway.  I have been waiting 7 months to receive a dishwasher rack for my utensils.  Two weeks ago, the dryer tore up a dress that I love.  The wiring in my apartment is so messed up that my internet disconnects normally 2-3 times a day, and they refuse to fix it and wont let me hire an outside group to fix it because they'd need access to the upstairs and attic.  The dumpsters is very far away and normally has like a stack 4 feet high of garbage all around it.If you are a dung beetle and like living in a dumpster knee high in feces and bugs, this is the place for you.  However, I'd recommend living in a place where you don't have to pay over $700 a month to live in a toilet.
