The agent was obviously a new employee. He wasted a lot of time attempting to get into the system and searching for my guest card. There were other available employees that I felt should have stepped in to help the visit go more smoothly.

The agent was very professional and did great job with the community amenities and apartment features she had to offer, the community amenities and apartment features were common and basic, and I would have referred the community to my family and friends depending on their needs and financial condition.

The leasing agent whom took care of me was friendly, she made it an effort to be polite and accommodating to me even when she did not have a model home to show me. The neighborhood looked well kept from the little that I saw. The business center was shocking because it had a lot of computers and space if anyone ever really had to use it. The value defiantly stood out to me because it's actually a good value for what you are paying.

The property is close to major highways and convenient to public transportation. The community has curb appeal and has a very welcoming feeling upon entering the property. The office staff and maintenance crew were all very nice and well mannered. The atmosphere of the community seemed very friendly and inviting. The pool area seemed maintained well and looked very relaxing. Based on those facts my perception of this property was a very favorable one.

The actual value of the community was well worth the money. They give you a good deal for the price of your rent and what is included in it. I had a mediocre experience with the agent. I felt she was plain and uninterested about me getting information about the community. If everyone working there is like her I would not want to deal with the management.
Don't be late!!!
I was one month late on rent and they sent me to be evicted stalked me for the money, taped papers on my doors saying I owe rent!! They changed me 85.00 dollars on the 6th and 50.00 16th then they said I have to pay lawyers fees which is 500.00 dollars the landlord here has noooooo compassion!!! Needless to say I payed my rent now but I feel horrible about living here now
We sincerely regret that you have had a negative experience in our community. Our communities do have standard procedures that must be followed in regards to delinquent rent. While these situtation's are never pleasant, management must follow the guidelines set forth in the lease. We hope that you will re-evaluate this situation and understand that these decisions are not made based on personal feelings. They are standardized so that everyone is treated fairly.

The community was located within a shopping area with plenty of businesses. The convenience of stores, restaurants, entertainment, and churces were close by. The staff was there to help you.

The leasing professional has a nice customer service attitude, but she does not have a sales attitude. The apartment is far from everything and she did not show me the community amenities.

After speaking with the leasing professional in my initial telephone call, I expected to meet a person that was not interested in meeting my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was engaging, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made the tour and presentation interesting and made me feel welcome and important.
