Based on my overall experience, I may or may not would recommend.

The community appears to have a lot of trees which gives it somewhat of a country feel.

The leasing agent did a great job of showing me the community, and the community was neat and clean.

The leasing professional did not ask enough questions to determine my needs. She did not go over pricing verbally. She did not talk about amenities, only the car care center or try to close the sale. The apartments were dated and they were asking a lot for rent.

The leasing agent was friendly, however she did not connect with me.

I received a thorough tour. The leasing professional was polite and professional.

Upon arrival, I noticed the mature landscaping. The community seemed well maintained. The leading office was inviting and tidy. The community seemed quiet and residential. The exteriors looked fresh and the vacant apartment was rent ready. The signage was clear. The one future resident sign was crooked. The parking lots were patches and badly cracked in places. Overall, the community was attractive and maintained.

The community was clean and well maintained. It was close to neighborhood conveniences. The staff was professional and friendly. The apartment was clean and in great condition.

The portion of the apartment community that I saw would make a warm and comfortable home.

The entrance was so inviting. The fountains and the landscaping was beautiful. There was a feeling of tranquility and calmness to be appreciated here. It was very inviting. The apartment did not disappoint either. This community was a gem.

The staff member was on point and knew his role and could answer any questions that I asked. He gave a tour that a potential resident would be expecting. I was provided everything I needed to move forward in the leasing process. The community was a little outdated to me. The counter tops looked like they were about to peel off any minute. The amenities were kept up nicely. The apartment was nice and clean, but a little dated for me.

Northlake was well maintained and offered apartments at a good price. It would be a good choice for anyone living on the north or northwest part of town. The community seemed to be very pleasant and quiet. The leasing professionals were knowledgeable and attentive.

The community seemed very quiet and sheltered. I did not get to see an apartment or amenities.

There are no other comments that I wish to make at this time.
