The community had what I needed to live, but it did not have the latest and greatest.

I would have leased an apartment based on this visit.

The community was close to major highways, and convenient to public transportation. The community had curb appeal and had a very welcoming and inviting energy upon entering the community. The management staff, as well as the maintenance crew were all very nice and well mannered. The atmosphere of the community seemed very friendly and inviting. The pool area seemed very well maintained and looked very relaxing. Based on those facts, my perception of this community was a very favorable one.

The apartments were nice and reasonably priced. They were a little small but made up for it by looking newer and nicer.

This community was clean and functional. The proximity to the interstate should not be a deterrent.

The community was very welcoming when you drive up. The team was very nice and comforting. The community had resident events, informs their residents of them actively, and provided amenities that were appealing.

This community is close to many things, shopping, businesses etc. It is off the main road far enough to avoid heavy traffic. It does however sit next to a buys interstate where the noise could be heard when you are out by the pool or walking through the community. The clubhouse is limited, but there is an exercise room and business center. The club they have for children is unique, it is to help them with their studies and babysit them after school as well. The property itself is settled amongst big trees giving it country feel, which gives it eye appeal.

I would have leased based on the presentation that day.

The community looked like a nicely kept apartment community. The management staff overall seemed very enthusiastic.

The leasing agent was remarkable. I arrived when there was a lot going on on-site, yet she was very patient and enthusiastic during her presentation. The property seemed quiet and very well maintained.

The leasing professional stayed on a personal level while trying to meet my needs. She was pretty detailed about the apartment and the community. While she was very nice and easy to talk to, I felt that she did not try very hard to get me to lease today.

I was very impressed with the Leasing Professional's energy and interaction. She was very cheerful and engaging. She did an excellent job at relating to me and being empathetic with my situation. She did a great job at making feel at home and welcomed.
