Epic Failure
Addison Lane which is part of GREMCO is the worst place I have ever lived in. There suppose friendly staff well that is a joke. They are downright rude and give you the dirtiest looks when you come in and complain that something is wrong with your apartment.
Also there maintenance personnel are not what they seem. None of them are professional in their job and they do not know what they are talking about. They have no decency to allow someone to get dressed or answer the door. They just come barging in. At one point they nearly tried to break down the door to get into our apartment while my wife was taking a shower and they also scared my kids half to death while trying to get into our apartment.
Do not take them up on their offer to combine your rent and your utilities that is a joke. You will go over if you touch your ac. The insulation is a joke you can hear your next door neighbors. They do pay for the water BUT there is no pressure. This is how they are able to keep their cost down and provide that part. During the winter months you will not ever go over your utilities amount that is set unless you us your AC. By the way if you don’t go over that money goes in their pocket and no credit toward your next month or anything of that sort. This part of the package is nothing but a scam. They will also give you a line of lies saying it will cost you anywhere from $400.00 to $600.00 dollars to get your utilities connected. This is a lie. Most I have seen or heard was about $ 100.00.
The place has no Energy efficient appliances so all you are doing is throwing money out the window.
By the way if this review does not per sway you to find a different place. BE SURE TO GIVE A DEPOSIT. If they do offer you the option of not putting a deposit down. Reason being they will take you to the cleaners after you move out. Don’t bother cleaning. Whatever you do to clean they will just say you didn’t do it and charge you for cleaning. They do not consider normal wear and tear in consideration so if the carpet has worn down due to you walking on it all the time they are going to charge you for new carpet. And they will also charge you to repaint the entire apartment also. Again they do not take into consideration of normal wear and tear. So don’t hang pictures don’t touch the walls don’t put any type of furniture against the walls might as well just sleep in your vehicle so you don’t mess the place up.
