This community was great. It was very, very clean and modern. I cannot complain about it.

The agent provided me with a thorough tour which was positive and convinced me to call the community home.

The apartments themselves had supposedly been upgraded. There are quite a few things that had old and flimsy quality. The stair railings and hardware where all painted white. The wood was cheap, and you could tell just by feeling it. Quite a few paining flaws. The kitchen cabinets are cheap; just changing the knobs does not increase the value. In the garage, there was no fire caulking around the sprinkler pipe. Also the water coming off of the roof comes down right in front of the front door. Anybody using this exit in the rain would get totally soaked. In front of the leasing office, there is a cement curbing that is sticking out. If not looking down or carrying something, it is a huge tripping hazard. It should be rounded so it is not sticking out so far.

The community looked well maintained and cared for.

The community failed to make an impression on me with all things being considered. Everything is decent enough, but nothing thrilled me. I cannot explain this phenomenon in any way except that something was missing. The presentation was lacking life. It is a shame because the price is right in a community that is favorably located in an area we like.

This property was well kept and beautiful. The model was elegantly decorated and the amenities were clean and in great working order. The leasing agent did a great job in presenting the property and displayed pride in the fact that she lived on the property. This would be a good place to call home.

Based on the presentation, I would be very likely to recommend this community to my family and friends moving into the area. I was very impressed with the look of the community and the features the apartments offered.

Great service. Beautifully maintained community. When it comes to difficult issues - such as cable - not very helpful in aiding you get service turned on.

Everything was exceptional. The leasing professional described how the clubhouse, clubhouse areas and fitness center were going to be improved even more. They had a conference room already and the pool area had new pool area furniture, which was beautiful!
