The community was very appealing and adequate signage directing me to the leasing office was visible. The community had a lot of amenities. I could make it work for me and my family.

I would definitely lease here. I loved the location of the community. It is right by the highway. Once on the property I loved how they offer the garage for extra space. Also I like the fact that they have valet trash. They give you trash bins to put in front of your garage. The pool is in a great spot on the community as well. In addition, the fitness center is great. They also offer a computer and printer in the clubhouse. They also have a lounge area that has a television in it as well.

This apartment community has wonderful amenities. The community is gorgeous! The pool area reminds me of a resort. I think the apartment has great value and you definitely get a bang for your buck.

The community made a very favorable impression on me. It is a well maintained property in a favorite locale of mine, albeit off the downtown area but accordingly priced lower. Its amenities are state-of-the-art and appealing. The renovated apartments that I saw are beautiful in terms of functionality and appearance.

The community is wonderful. It is very well kept and updated. The staff is magnificent. I have never seen anyone like that so far. They are so positive, friendly and knowledgeable that I would have leased right away based on our conversation. The apartment is very nice as well. It has a different layout and is very well upgraded. Overall, I left very happy and impressed.

I felt like I was only being allotted a specific amount of time to view the community. It is a great plus that the community is gated. It is well maintained. The tour of the town home was very fast. No features were pointed out to me. I had to remark about them before they were discussed.

I would lease from this community. The presence felt more like being at the country club across the street. Viewing the trees from the town home windows, looked like a neighborhood instead of an apartment community.
