I thought the leasing professional was so great. I would recommend this community and would call it home.
decent
decent place to live. have to pay a required $25 trash fee and pay water directly to them. costs about $100/month on top of already expensive rent. apartment is small. neighbors are noisy.
Great property to live in
Small and quiet community. Friendly staff and very nice facilities. Love it here!
Nice at first sight
The apartments themselves are nice, large, great amenities. The grounds are well-maintained and office is quick to answer to maintenance issues. Unfortunately the quality of tenants is going downhill year after year, and it's looking more like a college frat house atmosphere. The walls are thin and one can hear everything. Complaints to office about loud parties spilling into parking lot are not taken seriously and left up to tenant to take care of it. The Fountains should not advertise themselves as a family friendly apartment complex as it is not. Be prepared for boisterous neighbors, everyday of the week.

Notes from a recently moved in tenent
I have been here about 10 days here, just long enough to get a feel for how the incoming process works, the parking, amenities, cleanliness, and location (shopping, restaurants etc) I was very picky about having everything in my newer, sunny apt. working, fixed, and otherwise made perfect. Maintenance couldn't have been more prompt and did the jobs professionally (which can be rare in S. FL, Thanks) The front staff headed in my case by Mr. Rivas, were very friendly, competent, and obviously proud of the facility. And they should be! I really feel I made a great decision to live here. Update in a year. Paul in Bld.E

The property appeared well maintained, and the landscaping was in great condition. The apartment home I viewed was in great condition, and the amenities I saw were also in good condition. The leasing professional did a great job in presenting the property and did so with pride. This is a property I would be proud to live in.
