This community is in a great location, within walking distance of the mall and ten minutes to the beach. The apartments are spacious, and the pool is huge. The fitness center and business center are newly renovated, and they are adding a game room with pool tables.

The property was in good condition and well maintained. The leasing staff were attentive and made me feel right at home with a warm welcome. I would have liked to live there based on the presentation alone, but also for the value and price, since it was a good deal for what was offered.

The community was well kept and had all the amenities I could want. The price was very good, lower than many other communities. The leasing professional was friendly and very helpful.

I did not see any apartments nor anything but the swimming pool and clubhouse. What I saw was clean, neat and nicely maintained.

From what I could see of the community, it looked nice. The staff seemed nice and friendly.

This was a very impressive apartment community. I like the staff. I thought she did a great job of explaining the apartments and the rent cost. Her approach and attitude was the selling point for me. She did a great job and I felt very welcomed.

As a real customer, I thought this community was a great value for the price. The community was neat and in order. The apartment was big and spacious but the kitchen was too old and outdated looking.

The staff whom helped me was so detailed and informational of what my needs were. All the information she provided that pertain to the model and the amenities were outstanding with her description. The community and surrounding area was well taken care of.

I found the community to be an excellent value for the money. I would have liked the amenities to be open 24/7 but the gym was for a small fee. The pool was lovely as were the grounds. The leasing professionals were personable and really seemed to try to make the experience easy for the guests that were there and applying.

The overall community was fine, average for the area, but not spectacular. Nothing stood out to make me want to rent here above any other place, and in fact, Kelly's impersonal, insincere presentation turned me off completely.

I would recommend the property. It was very close to the mall and very well maintained. I thought the rent was very reasonable. The only drawback would be the income requirements.
