The property was a great value with amenities and apartment floor plans combined. The community seemed like a nice place to live.

The community looked very nice from the outside.

The community was a great value for the rental price. I was disappointed that the amenities were only open during business hours and would not find that useful (gym/business center) if I were a renter. The leasing professional was pleasant, energetic, and helpful. She did not customize the presentation but did make sure to address all my needs and found many common topics to talk about such as shopping. I would recommend the community for the price and location and upkeep and would enjoy working with this leasing professional again.

The community was the latest and greatest compared to most communities in the area. It looked like a luxury community and it was a great value of your money. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool area was resort style and the business center was superb.

She made me very comfortable and I felt I would be getting a really good deal. The community was obviously well cared for and I felt I could enjoy living there. The community had a lot of curb appeal, the office was neat and the amenities were nice as well. Everything was clean and new. The staff was very professional looking and friendly. I only wish more attention was directed to try and show me an apartment, so I could get an idea of what they looked like. They really pushed for the commitment. I had to ask about the amenities and then I was shown.

The leasing professional stuck to her selling presentation and I felt that she did not try to get to really know me on a personal basis. Overall the community was in a great location and I could live there and would recommend it to people that I know.
