I would feel that the community was a friendly, comfortable place to live. It offered many amenities. The pool was good size and the grounds were clean and beautifully landscaped. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and very in tune to the person she was working with. She really cared about making you happy and getting what you wanted.

The location of the community was great. It had amazing curb appeal that was only going to improve with the enhancements management was making. They were adding a new theater room and office decor. I would love to revisit when they are finished.

The location was in a very good area and the apartments were nicely laid out. It was a very attractive area and near everything.

The property was clean and had decent amenities, but the visit was rather disappointing. Based on the service I received, I would not return to the property. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were large. There was little storage and the appliances were dated.

I've lived at this complex for over a year now. When we first moved in, there were tons of problems with the appliances. We also got a very strong cigarette smoke smell up on the third floor. We just assumed that it was from the workers that prepped the apartment after the previous tenant. After a few months with the smoke smell, we realized that the smell was coming through the AC vents! Apparently the tenant on the first floor smokes like a chimney right next to our AC unit on the ground. When the unit is off, the smoke creeps right through the pipes and into our apartment. Every time we change the AC filter, it is black with smoke all over it.

The walls are also paper thin, I can hear the tenants walking above me as though they were stomping on the floor.

This community offered plenty for the price. It was a good and fair deal.
