While I do enjoy the community and feel very comfortable in my apartment, it is negatively offset by the lack of response from the office.

I still have open maintenance items from my initial move in. The entrance gate has been broken for almost 2 months. it seems like the office staff has been changed as well as the hours. Very little value for the price paid each month.

Great place to live, but club house could be way more functional...no pool table, ping-pong, shuffleboard...boring...and, you can only use club house during office hours?!?!

The gate provides zero protection. There is nothing stopping anyone from coming in after the person in front of them. I don’t like paying for a gated community with a useless gate.

This is my first time living in an Apartment.
The Neighbors are awesome and makes my day when the community dogs come and greet me.
I will leaving soon to move in with my Fiancé but if we ever sell and look to rent will definitely be back.
