The community was in a great location. The apartment was beautiful and the staff that I encountered was very nice. I would recommend the community.

This is a beautiful community and I liked it very much. The front office and clubhouse is enormous. The fitness center is state of the art. The pool is beautiful. The apartments are chic. It would be a lovely place to live and the location is excellent. Across the street is a plaza with three of my favorite restaurants and art supply stores.

I did not see the property amenities, because the agent did not use the golf cart to give me a tour of the property. It had been raining, but it was not raining while I was there. The agent did a great job of showing the apartment, but she did not engage in any conversation with me on the walk to see the apartment or on the walk back. I actually really liked the beautiful property, but the agent never allowed me to share my enthusiasm or interest in leasing.

This is a beautiful community located near restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. The floor plans are spacious and the apartments offer upgraded finishes, huge bathrooms, and average sized bedrooms. The added feature of having a garage with almost every apartment sets these apartments apart from the competition and is a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this property.

I loved the leasing agent and the community was beautiful. The apartment did look like a small house.

The community is only made up of two, two bedroom floor plans and a single three bedroom floor plan.

The leasing professional did an outstanding job representing the community, providing detail, and giving an amazing and energetic tour. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and extremely clean.

Very comfortable units, maintenance in excellent, and the grounds very well maintained. Any requested for maintenance are promptly answered. Could not find a better property in Boca and looked at about 10 properties when we came here 10 years ago.

I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family. It was beautiful and had a very nice upkeep. The way it was presented was very positive and in a professional manner.
