This is a quiet place, that give the impression of a tranquil place to live. However the problem is not with the residents but with unannounced and nonofficial covert entry/intrusions/inspections into your home, Privacy is not to be expected and the issue of the lack of it falls on def ears. Who/what you are dictates rather you receive optimal service. The Westover company workers are exceptional, However the outside contractors and regular service workers leaves a lot to be desired. It seems that who and WHAT you are influences the quality of services or at worst the violations/intrusions on your privacy. The laws of our country demand equal treatment and guaranty that one should be afforded privacy in their home,papers and personal effects from intrusions, However this complex failed to learn that lesson in school, In conclusion this is a decent place to live as far as the residents,but if you leave your home regularly as working people do and depending on who and WHAT you are, you should upon returning expect your right to privacy of your home,papers and effects to have been violated.
