The community offers apartment living close to shopping and recreational activities. The apartment homes are recently upgraded and offer modern living amenities.

We had a great experience reviewing this property. The leasing agent was professional and really great to work with. We fell in love with the apartment the minute we walked through the door. Its amenities were nice and I liked the fact that they offer resident programs in the club house.

This very dog-friendly apartment complex is situated in an upper middle class suburb just NW of Denver. Just across the street from a small park, great for small kids. Located within 2 minutes of Rt 36 which can get you to Boulder in 25 mins or onto I-25 and downtown Denver in 20 mins. I-70 is 10 minutes away which can get you well into the mountains in an hour, major ski resorts in 1.5 hr. It is not well located if your work will be in the Denver Tech Center area as that will be a 1 hr plus drive depending on traffic.
The apartments are well maintained, issues are promptly taken care of. The overall grounds are also well maintained and clean.
Dogs are welcome, even large dogs! There are plenty of open space areas w/in 15 mins to run a dog.
There's a shopping center within walking distance where you can find a Whole Foods store, Best Buy, WalMart and more.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful as well.

This is truly a well kept secret, tucked back in a lovely area from the main roads. There is shopping and restaurants just around the corner. The golf course next to it is an added bonus. The area has lots of mature trees, and there is a great walking trail near by. It has a very peaceful feeling to it when driving in.

The leasing professional was outstanding. She was personable and professional. The complex is extremely appealing, well decorated and maintained. This was a most positive experience. I would rent here in a minute. The leasing professional is an asset to the community.

I felt the leasing agent did an excellent job of representing the community. When I was talking and visiting with her, she was completely focused on me and what she could do to help me find the perfect place. She created a rapport with me easily and quickly. She was very easy to talk with. By the time I left, I felt this would be a wonderful, welcoming, friendly place to live.

The Leasing Professional was absolutely head and shoulders above any other leasing agents I've encountered. She missed nothing, she was professional, yet friendly. I will absolutely recommend this community.
