The community had nice amenities, and they were very well maintained.

The value of the community and the apartment offered during my visit were exceptional, based on my experience as a previous resident of apartment communities. I will absolutely recommend the property to family and friends in the future.

This community is located in a nice area with great mature trees. The walking trail and creek add to the relaxed feeling you get there. It seems to be a bit pricey for what you get in return compared to some of the other communities in the area. The community is clean and free of debris. They are doing construction work on the pool and hot tub area but that should be finished by Memorial Day.

The overall community was in good condition. The grounds were kept up and free of trash. This was an good community, at a reasonable price.

I was immediately assisted and the staff made me feel welcome and like I mattered. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartment was quite clean and what I would expect for the price. The amenities were minimal, but in great condition.

The community was attractive. I was not shown any amenities. The apartment was small and very basic. I would be able to give a better report if I had been shown around the community.

I do not know if I would recommend the community to my family and friends.

Overall I have loved living in this community. A bit high in price but mostly worth it. I would give their maintaince staff a poor but all other staff is great!

I would have to say Village Creek Apartments is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Courteous, helpful office staff. Things actually get fixed in a timely matter, and correctly. Clean grounds. Actually worth the money, with that said. Clean pool, nice gym, even refreshments and snacks available in clubhouse. I highly recommend living here. Don't change a thing! 5 stars!
