Despite having a smoke free policy, there having been numerous instances of smoking on the premises. The security has also been lax when it comes to late night noise complaints. The environment of the apartment complex sometimes feels like a college dorm. Our neighbors are noisy and disrespect the property. We frequently find trash laying in the hallways or outside of the dumpster.

The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of the common areas was notable. The leasing professional came across as talented. I would probably recommend the community to family and friends.

I loved the amentities as well as the apartment. The Leasing Professional was friendly and in her element. She was not shy to ask for the sale. I would love to live here and would recommend the community to friends and family if it was within their budget. It was a bit costly. The cost for a garage was extremely high.

There was a lot of construction going on, making it difficult to maneuver the streets leading to the leasing office. The building construction was a bit distracting from the overall appearance of the community. However, once inside the leasing center and the apartments, I discovered quality and aesthetically attractive features.
Thank you for sharing your experience, we are finalizing exterior of the buildings on the southeast side of the community to prepare for our new residents February 2017. Understanding that this is not the most exceptional experience, we are currently offering move-in concessions for new leases. Please contact our leasing office for details.
