A nice apartment complex with nice amenities. Wouldn't recommend for someone with children. Alot of people drive fast thru the complex regardless of speed bumps. I've almost been hit before coming out of our breezeway.

I would probably not recommend this place to anyone due to the parking situation. No one wants to carry groceries 5 buildings over in the dark! and not have company!

I would like to have early access to the second gym. I try to get to the gym around 4:15am, when the gym was first available I was able to use it first thing and I really enjoyed using the equipment in that gym, so I would really like to see early access to that gym.

Guest parking is insufficient and could be fixed (by lowering garage rates to create more guest spots). That is the only negative I've experienced. Everything else is good.

Brandon is very pleasant to work with. The care team is amazing and overall it is a nice place to live. The AUM billing situation is a nightmare and should be eliminated. Overall the builders seem to work at a slow pace. We can't even drive through the access street due to fences. Its been over a year that those fences have been up.

High price, don't feel safe, leasing people are not knowledgeable at their job and Carlos is rude. Over charging.

The customer experience was fantastic, from the phone to the tour. The leasing agent had the ability to sell the community and the amenities. She also was very loyal to the company. She said she had moved out here from Ohio for this job, and she loved it. She also said she lived there. My only recommendation would be creating more of a sense of urgency and a harder close.

Beautiful apartments. Very modern and an Olympic sized swimming pool. Very nice.

This property was quite new. The grounds and landscaping were very nice then and would be beautiful in the spring. The buildings themselves, were attractive, not the usual one or two color buildings. The amenities were quite nice and all new. I would be very comfortable living in the community.
